Shipping & payment
- Orders ship from Singapore. (Kylie to confirm couriers, times and costs.)
- Payment by card and other methods through Shopify’s secure checkout.
Returns
- Returns window and condition: Kylie to set.
- To start a return, email info@wejadeite.com with your order number.
Jadeite care
- Put jewellery on last and take it off first, after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
- Take it off for swimming, the gym, cleaning and sleep.
- Store each piece on its own, in its pouch, so harder stones and metal don’t scratch it.
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For beads on thread, avoid soaking, which weakens the thread.
- Plated metal wears with time. Keep it dry to make the colour last.

Is every piece one of a kind?
Yes. Each piece is designed and made by hand, and there is only one.
Do you make to order?
Yes, through a commission. See the Commission page.
Do pieces come with a certificate?
Only where a certificate exists, and it’s listed on that piece’s page.
Jade or jadeite?
Jadeite. "Jade" also covers nephrite, a different stone.
